How to claim an insurance

Here's how to make the claim and some examples for your reference .

1 - Online Claims ( Bills and Allowances )

Services Hospital Alliance Services ( HAS ), an onlince claim directly from the hospital to insurance agent and you do not have to pay in advance but it will only be effective in the months of 4 starting from the date of the policy ( the date on the medical card ) . This is means that the client must pay in medical bills and charges in the first 3 months of the date of the policy , whether hospitalized in panel hospital or not. Then , all medical reports, bills and receipts must be submitted for reimbursement purposes. However , if the client is hospitalized due to an accident, HSA can be used directly without waiting for 3 months. If the claim using online services ( HAS) , you have to show your medical card to the hospital staff so that they can manage for admission. If there are any problems , you should call your agent immediately. The wise way is you are advised to inform the agent that you are admitted to the hospital. This is to allow your agent is always in a state of readiness in the event of any problems when entering or leaving the hospital.

2 - Claim reimbursement (pay first, then claim )

If you go to a hospital that is not hospital panel , you can also claim the hospital bills. However, all bills must be resolved first , and then you claim to insurance company. Please notify your agent , to enable your agent to provide a medical report form to be completed by the doctor who treated the claim for medical bills.

3 - Claim Hospital Benefit / Allowance Allowance & Surgical ICU without claim bills ( bills claim from the employer or insurance company )

If your employer provides medical coverage for you , you may be eligible to claim all the allowances ( allowance Hospital , ICU Allowance , Allowance Surgical, MC allowance due to an accident ).
You just need the medical report from the doctor who treated you and a copy of the medical bills for the purpose of verifying the number of days and hours you are detained in hospital. This copy is important because if you to detained for 2 days and 6 hours or more , you are eligible for an allowance based on a 3-day hospital .

4 - Accident Claims ( Medical / MC )

In the event of a minor accident and you only get treatment at the clinic , billing charges can be claimed from insurance company. The documents required are original bills and receipts as well as a few reports from the treating doctor says that the medical charges are due to accidents. Insurance company will reimburse claims.

5 - Normal Death Claim (Natural Death)

For death claim , if it is not caused by an accident, the policy holder dies does not necessarily require an autopsy . This is because the doctor a complete report can be used as a reference on the cause of death and related matters . If death occurs , beneficiaries must inform the insurance agent about things that happen . Next, the agent will manage in the preparation of documents and so on. 7 - Period Claims

Claim period depends on the type of claim and the documents required to make a claim . If all the documents claim is complete, usually within 3 or 4 weeks will be able to check out the company.
